DoseWeek

DoseWeek user manual

How to keep your injection schedule, records, body changes and daily check-ins in one place with DoseWeek. One manual covers both iPhone and Android.

A feature marked Plus, Pro, iPhone or Android is available only on that plan or device. When only part of a feature is paid, the text says so. If you can't find an option, update DoseWeek to the latest version.

Getting started

The first time you open the app, a few choices are all it takes. You don't need an account: your basic records are stored on this device.

Your first choices

  1. Read the privacy notice. Usage analytics is optional: every feature works without it, and health records are never sent to it.
  2. Tap Get started (Start DoseWeek on Android) to create a treatment plan. If you only want to keep records, choose Manage records without a plan.
  3. Already on injections? Add your past records at once or bring them over from another app. If you have a backup, restore from it.

Finding your way

The tabs at the bottom are Today, Body, History, Together and Settings. The estimated amount remaining is under Estimate in the History tab.

Each tab opens with an overview in short sections; tap a row to see the details. In Settings, the membership card sits on top, followed by Treatment, Data and connections, Look and tools, and Help and info.

How do I…?

Where to find the things people look for most. Each answer has more detail further down.

I just took my injection

On Today, tap Review and record injection (Record injection on Android). Check the dose, site and time, then save.

I want to add an earlier injection

Pick the date in the History calendar and tap Add an injection on this date. To add many at once, open History > Tools > Import records and choose Add past injections at once.

I want to log water

On Today, tap a quick-add button on the water row under Today's check-in. Tap the row itself to set a daily goal and see past days.

My dose or schedule changed

If your prescription changed after talking with your care team, update it in Settings > Treatment plan. Records you already saved stay as they are.

I'm moving to a new phone

On your current phone, make a backup in Settings > Backup (Encrypted backup on Android). Then open DoseWeek on the new phone for the first time and choose to restore. The backup section below has the details.

A reminder didn't arrive

Check that Injection day reminders is on in Settings > Notifications, and that your phone's settings allow DoseWeek notifications.

Where is the community?

It's the Together tab at the bottom. Your posts, people you blocked and Leave the community are in My activity and settings inside Together.

I still need help

Go to Settings > Help and contact and tap Contact support to email us. We can't answer medical questions, so please ask your care team about treatment.

Today: check-in, water and your week

The Today tab shows your next injection and what you might log today, on one screen.

Today at a glance

At the top you see the days until your next injection and the record button. Below are Notices with anything to check now, then Today's check-in and This week.

Today's check-in

  1. Under Today's check-in, tap Hunger and energy.
  2. Rate hunger, food noise and energy from Very low to Very high. Answer just one if you like, or skip.
  3. See what you logged by day after your dose in History > Tools > Your patterns. Patterns appear after more than 3 check-ins.

Water

Tap a quick-add button on the water row and it's logged. Tapped by mistake? Tap Undo.

Tap the row to see today's entries and 7-day and 30-day charts, and to set your Daily goal, quick add amounts, unit (ml or fl oz) and Water reminder. You set the goal, and leaving it empty is fine.

Water records are never removed automatically; they stay until you delete them.

This week and Your week

Tap This week to see your week's records, Today's note, recent records and supply news on one screen.

On your recap day, Time to look back on your week appears at the top. Your week gathers doses, water, check-ins, protein and wins beyond the scale; weight is hidden by default. Tap a tile for its details, and turn on Weekly recap notification here.

Injection schedule and treatment plan

Set your medication, prescribed dose and injection interval, and DoseWeek tells you when your next injection is due.

Create a treatment plan

  1. In Settings > Treatment plan, choose your medication and prescribed dose.
  2. Set the schedule as a repeating interval or as dates you pick on a calendar.
  3. Set a scheduled time if you want your reminder at that time.

Change your dose or schedule

If your prescription changed after talking with your doctor or pharmacist, change the dose and schedule in Settings > Treatment plan. Records you already saved stay as they are.

When you travel, the travel time setting keeps your schedule on local time.

Medication supply

Enter how much you have left in Settings > Medication supply, and it goes down each time you record a dose. Supply tracking is for everyone; the supply forecast and refill reminders are Pro features.

Add an injection that isn't listed

You can log an injection that isn't on the list with a name and unit you type. On iPhone, open History > Tools > Your own injections and tap Add an injection.

You can plan several times a day or as needed, with reminders, and log it right from Today. DoseWeek never calculates or estimates a dose and gives no medical advice.

Pen in-use period reminder

For a multi-dose pen, note the day you opened it and the in-use period from its label, and DoseWeek reminds you on its last day or a few days before. On iPhone, open History > Tools > Pens in use and tap Add a pen.

The in-use period is what you entered. The app doesn't judge whether a pen is still usable, so please follow the product instructions.

Recording a dose

After an injection, record it straight from Today with the actual date and site.

Record today's injection

  1. On Today, tap Review and record injection (Record injection on Android).
  2. Choose the injection site on the body map or from the list. DoseWeek tells you if it's the same site as last time.
  3. Check the details and save. Saved records appear in the History tab.

Choose dates and times

Tap a date or time to open the picker. For older dates, change the month or year, and choose AM or PM when shown. Cancel keeps what you had; Done (confirming the choice on Android) changes only the value you're editing. Your change is kept once you save the record. On Android you can also tap the pencil to type a date as YYYY-MM-DD or YYYYMMDD and a 24-hour time as HH:mm or HHmm.

Understand left and right

Left and right always mean your own body. My body and Front view only change how the picture is drawn; the site you picked and your saved records keep the same side. If you're unsure, check the selected site's name or choose it by name from the site list. You can also change the view in Settings.

Skipping a dose

If you didn't inject this time, tap Skip this scheduled dose (Skip this occurrence on Android). Skipped doses stay in History, where you can review or undo them later.

Adding and editing past records

In the History calendar, pick a date and tap Add an injection on this date. Add past injections at once, in History > Tools > Import records, enters many past doses together.

You can edit or delete a record you saved by mistake.

Correct a record

To fix a record, choose its date in History and tap Edit on that record. Saving updates the same record; if you change the date, you'll find it under the new date. Measurements brought in from Apple Health or Health Connect are read-only, so correct them in the app where they were first recorded.

Add a past injection

When you add a past injection, check the medicine, dose, unit and the time you actually injected before saving. You can keep records without making a plan, and records without a plan don't change your schedule or stock. For a record linked to a plan, check the choice shown for taking it out of stock. On Android, that deduction starts off for past records, and if a linked plan's latest injection changes, upcoming dates can move. Restoring an encrypted backup replaces your data and is a separate step.

Treatment phases: losing, maintaining, taking a break, restarting

Note which phase you're in to see your records and charts by phase. The app never decides or suggests a phase.

Note your phase

  1. Open Body > My journey > Treatment phases. You can also tap Treatment stage in Settings > Treatment plan.
  2. Choose Losing weight (Losing on Android), Maintaining, Taking a break or Restarting, and enter the date it started. You can add a short note.
  3. After you save, Today shows your current phase and how many weeks you've been in it. Tap Change at any time.

Your noted phases are listed so you can review or delete them. Deleting a phase keeps all your other records.

Your maintenance range

While maintaining, tap Set range in Treatment phases to enter a weight range you chose yourself (Maintenance range on iPhone, Your weight range on Android). It shows as a shaded band on the weight chart.

If your latest weight is outside the range, DoseWeek shows a short note. No notification is sent. You could show your report at your next visit.

While you take a break

When you choose Taking a break, DoseWeek asks whether to pause your injection schedule. If you pause, dose and refill reminders stop and Today shows that the schedule is paused instead of the next dose. You can still add past records while paused. If you don't pause, the schedule stays as it is.

If you like, you can get a reminder to record once a week. The reminder never shows a phase or weight.

Creating a backup file before the break is a good idea.

When you restart

When you choose Restarting, your past records show your last recorded medication and dose, the date your break began, how many days you logged how you felt in the 4 weeks before it, and your weight before the break and your latest weight, each with its date.

Enter the new plan you agreed with your care team in Enter a new plan yourself (Enter a new plan on Android). The app never suggests a dose. Once you save the new plan, your paused schedule starts again.

Seeing things by phase

Phases appear on your records and charts. The Pro visit report also lists your phases and compares your last two.

In the CSV, the phase column shows each day's treatment phase as losing, maintaining, resting or restarting. These values stay untranslated so other apps can read them.

Body and how you feel

Record measurements such as weight and how you feel each day, and see the changes at a glance.

Body measurements

In the Body tab, tap Add entry (Add body measurement on Android) to record weight, waist size and more. Open a chart in full size to view any period.

Bring in measurements from Apple Health on iPhone or Health Connect on Android in Body > Data. Importing is on only if you turn it on.

Find missing measurements

If a measurement is missing, first check that it's in the original app and in Apple Health or Health Connect. In DoseWeek, open Body and check the metric and period too. On iPhone, refresh the screen. An empty result doesn't tell you whether reading was allowed, so also check in the Health app what DoseWeek may read. On Android, open Health Connect in Settings and choose Import now. If it's still missing, check read permission, permission for past data and syncing in the original app one by one. The date shown is when it was measured, not when DoseWeek brought it in.

How far back your weight history goes

You can see your whole weight history, from your first entry, for free.

How you feel

On Today, tap How I feel under Today's check-in to note what you felt, how strong it was, the time and a note. Your entries are kept together so you can show them at a visit. The app doesn't judge how you feel.

Progress photos and wins

Keep track of changes that the scale doesn't show.

Progress photos

In Body > My journey > Progress photos, tap Add photo to take or choose a photo. Pick a pose (Front, Side or Other) and add a note if you like.

Tap Compare and choose two photos to see them side by side. You decide whether to show your weight too.

Photos stay on this device only and are not backed up. Before you change phones, use Save to device for any photo you want to keep.

Wins beyond the scale

In Body > My journey > Wins beyond the scale, tap Add a win. Write a small change, like “Took the stairs without stopping”, and tag it Energy, Clothes, Activity, Sleep or Other.

The number you added this month shows in My journey, and your wins appear in Your week too.

Rhythm, badges and logging goal

See your logging rhythm and badges in Body > My journey > Rhythm and badges. You earn a badge once you have recorded on 5 days; they don't have to be in a row.

In Logging goal on the same screen, choose how many days a week you'd like to log. Only days with a record count, never weight or health values.

Meals and food search

Keep a light record of what you ate and nutrients such as protein.

Add a meal

In the Body tab, open Meals and tap Add meal. Enter only what you know, search by food name, or pick from your favorites.

Food search looks in a food list built into the app, so it works without the internet.

In Body › Meals, tap “Add meal”, then choose “Search food” or “Enter directly”. Pick a food from the results and enter the amount; the nutrients are calculated for you. The food data is partial: many languages have no food names yet, so add a search language or enter the food directly. Food you enter yourself is saved, edited, deleted and included in the encrypted backup just the same.

Tap Add meal and search by food name. Pick a food from the results and enter the amount, and the nutrients are calculated for you.

If a food isn't in the list, type it in yourself. Leave any value you don't know blank: it stays unknown and is never estimated. Search starts in every supported language, and you can pick the languages you want in Settings. Foods you type in are saved and backed up the same way.

Reading a food label · Android

In Review food label, agree and choose a photo. The app reads the nutrition facts or barcode in that photo on your device and fills them in. Check the values before you save.

Meal templates · Pro

Save meals you have often as templates and add them in one tap.

Viewing and exporting records

The History tab shows past injections and skipped doses as a calendar and a list.

Calendar and recorded pattern

Tap a date in the calendar to see that day's records under Selected day. The line at the top shows how many doses you logged this month.

What's in Tools

Tools, at the bottom of the History tab, holds Visit Prep, Spending, Import records, Export and Your patterns. On iPhone it also has Pens in use and Your own injections.

See the estimate

Tap Estimate at the top of the History tab to see the estimated amount remaining. How is this calculated? explains the method. It's a reference value, not your real blood level.

Export your records

Use History > Tools > Export to save a spreadsheet file such as CSV. On iPhone you can also create a printable PDF report.

Visit prep

History > Tools > Visit Prep gathers the records you want to show at a visit. You can add check-ins from a chosen period; notes go in only when you select them. Editing the report and saving it as a PDF are Pro features.

Your records at a glance and your mood log

DoseWeek gathers what you recorded to show the flow. It never interprets your records or decides a cause.

View by dose

History > Tools > Your patterns shows the last 26 weeks by week or by dose (By dose). Talk with your care team about causes or what to do.

With Plus you can see your recorded patterns and weekly reports in more detail.

Mood log

  1. When you record a dose, you can pick your mood (Today's mood (optional) on iPhone, How are you feeling today? on Android). Pick a word such as Good, Calm or Tired, and add a one-line note if you like. You can skip it.
  2. Open Mood log in History > Tools > Your patterns (My moods on Android) to see past moods or add one with Log your mood.
  3. You can delete a mood entry after confirming.

iPhone: Kept on your device until you delete them, and included in your encrypted backup files. Android: Kept on your device until you delete them, and included in your encrypted backup files, Google Drive backup and Android device backup.

Automatic server backup and sync: iPhone: The treatment stage is also included in sync and automatic backup (Plus); the mood log is not. Android: The treatment stage is also included in sync and automatic backup (Plus); the mood log is not. Neither is sent to the AI record assistant, usage analytics or ads.

If you choose Hard day, DoseWeek also shows where you can get support.

Spending

Note what you spend on your treatment, such as medication, injection supplies and tests, and see it all together.

Record spending

  1. Open History > Tools > Spending.
  2. Tap Add spending and enter the date, the amount you paid and a category (medication, injection supplies, tests, visit and prescription, other). You can also choose the medication, quantity, a note and the currency.
  3. After you restock, DoseWeek asks whether you'd like to note what you paid.

You can see monthly totals, and turn on Hide totals when you show your screen to someone. Export spending (CSV) saves it as a file.

DoseWeek only adds up the amounts you entered. It doesn't compare prices or recommend clinics or pharmacies.

Spending insights · Pro

The 12-month view, totals by category and by medication, and the spending summary PDF are Pro features.

Reminders

DoseWeek reminds you so you don't miss an injection day. Reminders are created on this device.

Injection day reminders

After you create a treatment plan, turn on Injection day reminders in Settings > Notifications. Allow DoseWeek notifications in your phone's settings to receive them.

To keep your medication name off the lock screen, turn off the reminder details or the medication name.

Water, recap and pen reminders

Turn on Water reminder on the water screen, Weekly recap notification in Your week, and a pen's reminder in its details. Water and weekly recap reminders start off.

Widgets

Put a widget on your home screen to see your next injection without opening the app.

Add a widget

  1. Touch and hold an empty area of your home screen.
  2. Find DoseWeek in the widget list and choose a size.
  3. The widget shows your next scheduled injection, a record that needs checking, or a note when there's no schedule. The Today's log widget shows today's check-in and water at a glance.

On iPhone you can also use Lock Screen widgets and the Review schedule control.

Customize the widget · Pro

On iPhone, touch and hold the Custom widget to edit it; on Android, touch and hold the widget to open Customize widget. You can change the background, what to show large (the date or days left) and whether the app name shows.

Basic widgets are free. Where available, widget colors and display customization require Pro. Plus and monthly Plus rewards do not include them. When Pro ends, your choice is kept and the default appearance is used. Your saved choice is available again when Pro access is verified.

Apple Watch

See your next injection on your wrist. You need DoseWeek on your iPhone.

See your next dose on the watch · iPhone

  1. Install DoseWeek from the Watch app on your iPhone. You can check the connection under Apple Watch in Settings > Connections.
  2. The watch app shows your next dose day and how long since your last dose. If nothing shows, open DoseWeek on your iPhone once.
  3. Touch and hold your watch face, edit it and add Next dose day to see the days left at a glance.

Record a dose on the watch · iPhone · Plus

Tap Dose taken on the watch and confirm, and the dose is saved on your iPhone with your planned dose. You can change the dose and site on your iPhone. When this isn't available, the watch shows Record doses on your iPhone.

Backup and moving to a new phone

Your records are stored on this device. Make an encrypted backup in case you lose or change your phone.

Backup status

The DoseWeek encrypted backup card at the top of Settings shows when your last backup was. If something needs your attention, it says so.

Create a backup file

  1. In Settings > Backup (Encrypted backup on Android), tap Create backup now (Create encrypted backup on Android).
  2. Write down the recovery code and keep it somewhere safe. You need it to open the backup file. On iPhone, the code shown the first time stays the same. On Android, each backup file gets its own new code, so write down the code for each file.
  3. On iPhone, use Export backup file to save it somewhere such as Files, a cloud drive or a computer. On Android, the file is saved where you choose when you create it.

Anyone can create backup files for free. Backup files move records between phones of the same kind (iPhone to iPhone, Android to Android).

On Android you can also back up to Google Drive yourself. Google Drive automatic backup and Android automatic backup are free.

Automatic server backup and sync · Plus

With Plus or Pro, you can turn on automatic server backup in Settings > Backup (Encrypted backup on Android). When you turn it on, you create a recovery code and enter it once more to confirm. Each backup is encrypted on this device before it is sent. Without your recovery code, even DoseWeek can't read the backup.

With automatic server backup on, your own devices signed in to the same account stay in sync with end-to-end encryption. On another device, sign in to the same account and enter the same recovery code. Backup runs while you use the app. If you record a dose for the same schedule on two devices, both records are kept, so choose the correct one.

Turning off server backup or deleting your account deletes the server copy right away. When the last verified Plus or Pro benefit ends, automatic backup stops and the server copy is deleted 30 days after that end date. Monthly Plus rewards follow the same rule. A delayed store check can defer deletion by up to 7 days under the existing retention rules. A reward still requires separate backup consent and a recovery code.

Server backup recovery code

The server backup recovery code has 7 groups of 8 characters. It's different from a backup file's recovery code.

DoseWeek never asks for or sends your recovery code. Don't give it to anyone who asks. On iPhone the code is hidden while your screen is recorded or shared; on Android the code screen can't be captured.

If you lose your recovery code, on a device that still has your records open the server backup screen and tap Back up again with a new code, or turn automatic backup off and on again to make a new code. The old server backup is deleted and that device's records are backed up again. Without a device that has your records, the server backup can't be opened without the old code.

Restore on a new phone

  1. Open DoseWeek on your new phone for the first time and choose to restore. On iPhone choose Restore from backup; on Android choose Restore encrypted backup, Restore from Google Drive or Restore from server backup (Plus).
  2. To restore from a server backup, sign in with the Apple or Google account you backed up with. On Android, turn on your phone's screen lock first.
  3. Check when it was last saved, enter your recovery code and tap Restore.
  4. To move with a backup file instead, choose Restore from backup file on iPhone, or Restore encrypted backup or Restore from Google Drive on Android, then add the file and that file's recovery code. Restoring a backup file is free.

Restoring from a server backup merges with the records on this device and deletes nothing. If it's interrupted, you can continue. Restoring from a server backup needs Plus or Pro.

Restoring a backup file replaces everything currently on this device. Automatic server backup is then turned off on this device, but the server copy stays.

Importing records from another app

Move records you kept in another app or a spreadsheet into DoseWeek.

How to import

  1. Tap History > Tools > Import records, or choose Import records from another app in Settings > Privacy and data. You can also choose it when you first start.
  2. Add a CSV, TSV or JSON file, or paste a table.
  3. Review the records and add only the ones you choose.

Community: Together

A place to share your days and feelings with others on the same treatment. Community posts are not medical advice.

Join Together

  1. If community is available, open the Together tab at the bottom. If you're asked to sign in, sign in first, then tap Join.
  2. Read the community rules and the required consents, then start. You must be 18 or older.
  3. You can post one day after joining; comments and cheers work right away. Manage your posts, your comments and people you blocked in Together > My activity and settings.

Rules you must follow

Under pharmaceutical and medical laws, you can't post the following. Posts and photos that break the rules are removed, and repeated breaks limit your use. Posts buying or selling medication lead to an immediate restriction.

  1. Buying, selling or sharing medication, or where to get it, prices or contact details
  2. Recommending a clinic or pharmacy, or how to get a prescription more easily
  3. Dosing guidance such as doses, intervals, increasing or decreasing, combining medicines, or stopping and restarting
  4. Photos showing medicine boxes, pens, labels or prescriptions, and medication names
  5. Promises such as "guaranteed weight loss", weight-loss proof posts, or judging or comparing looks or bodies
  6. Other people's personal information, contact details or links

Community rules

Community posts are not medical advice. Always talk to your care team about treatment and prescriptions.

1. Together is a place to cheer on each other's days and feelings.

2. You can't post about buying, selling or sharing medication, or where to get it, prices or contacts.

3. You can't recommend clinics or pharmacies or explain how to get a prescription easily.

4. You can't give guidance on doses, injection intervals, dose increases or decreases, combining medications, or stopping and restarting.

5. You can't post guarantees like "you'll definitely lose weight" or "sure results", or weight-loss proof. Share weight change only with the weight card.

6. You can't post photos showing medication boxes, pens, labels or prescriptions.

7. You can't write medication names, or other people's personal information, contacts or links.

8. Posts and comments that judge or compare looks or bodies are not allowed.

9. Post only photos of yourself. Photos showing other people or nudity are not allowed.

10. We delete posts and photos that break the rules, and repeat cases lose access. Posts selling medication lose access right away.

11. A second break within 90 days stops posts and comments for 7 days, a third for 30 days, and a fourth restricts access for 1 year.

12. If you think an action was wrong, you can appeal in the app. We'll reply within 7 days.

13. Only people 18 or older can join. Please report posts that seem to come from minors.

Posting photos

In the post editor, tap Add photo to attach a photo.

You can attach up to 4 photos to a post.

Photos appear after the moderators check them and show as being checked until then. Location data is removed from your photos.

Post only photos of yourself. Photos of other people, nude photos and photos showing medicine boxes, pens, labels or prescriptions aren't allowed.

Sharing your weight change

You share your weight change only when you choose the weight card under Attach an app card. The card is attached to that post only and shows the change, never your current weight.

You can't write weight numbers in the post text.

Reporting and blocking

Use Report to tell us about a post or comment that bothers you. Use Block this person to hide someone you don't want to see.

If you think a post or photo was removed, or your use was limited, by mistake, open the appeal screen for that action in Community. Choose one of the three reasons and send it. If the action isn't listed, use Contact us in Together > My activity and settings.

To stop using the community, tap Leave the community in Together > My activity and settings.

Today's note and the AI record assistant

Encouragement to help you keep going with your records. Notes are not medical advice.

Today's note

The Today's note card in Today > This week shows one line of encouragement a day. You can swap it once a day, and tell us whether it helped.

Pick how you feel today in the card. If you say you're having a really hard time, DoseWeek shows where you can get support.

At the end of the week, Looking back on the week shows the days you recorded and the badges you earned.

How notes are written

Notes are written by people, or drafted with AI and then reviewed one by one by people. Your records are never sent to AI, and the note to show is chosen on this device. Everyone can use it, with no account or consent. This describes the prepared notes. With Pro, if you turn on “Get motivation notifications written by AI”, AI writes this card once a day and marks it “Written by AI”.

In Note settings under Settings > Notifications (Note reminders on the card), you can change how often and when note notifications come, and their tone.

Motivation notifications and announcements

You can turn on Motivation notifications and Announcements in Settings > Notifications (Reminders on Android). Motivation notifications are on from the start (the device’s notification permission is separate), and Announcements are off at first. When you turn on motivation notifications, DoseWeek first shows which of your records it uses.

Standard motivation notifications use prepared notes chosen on this device and are sent at most twice a week, only between 8 a.m. and 9 p.m. The lock screen never shows numbers or medication names. Announcements cover only maintenance, terms and safety news. Ad notifications come only if you separately turn on advertising information consent. With Free, Plus or Pro, you can also turn on “Get motivation notifications written by AI” in Note settings after a separate consent. AI then writes a short note that fits how your logging is going and sends it by remote push within the same limits (Free once a week, Plus and Pro up to twice a week); with Pro, AI also writes the Today's note card once a day. Notes written by AI are marked “Written by AI”. Weight values, doses, medication names, mood and notes are never sent. If a note can't be written, you get a prepared note instead.

AI record assistant · Pro

With Pro, once you sign in and agree, you can get a weekly AI summary, meal ideas and help using the app. It's for people 18 or older, and you confirm each time before anything is sent. There is a monthly limit on how often you can use it. The AI only organizes your records; it never diagnoses or sets a dose.

In Settings > AI record assistant, you can withdraw your consent or delete saved AI summaries.

Reading and quizzes

Read short pieces about treatment and record keeping, and try the daily quiz.

Open Reading and quizzes

Open it from Settings > Help and contact > Reading and quizzes (Read and learn on Android). Pick a category, read, and take the daily quiz.

When you're offline, only saved reading within its validity period is available. Reading is not medical advice; talk to your care team about treatment.

Getting help

If you have a question or a hard moment, here's where to find help.

Help and contact

Tap Help in Settings > Help and contact to open this user manual. Frequently asked questions are on each platform's help page.

Tap Contact support to ask by email. We can't answer medical questions.

Rate and recommend the app

In Settings > Help and contact, use Rate the app to leave a store rating, or Recommend the app to send a friend the app link. There is no reward and no tracking for recommending.

Now and then the app may ask for a rating: at most once per version, and only right after something went well, such as logging, sharing a report or restoring a backup.

Where to reach out when it's hard

Where to reach out when it's hard, in Settings, shows places you can talk to at any time. In Korea, call 109 to talk to someone 24 hours a day.

If you feel you're in danger right now, call 119 in Korea or your local emergency number. In other countries, DoseWeek shows the helpline and emergency number for your store country, or a site where you can find a local helpline.

If you feel very unwell physically, don't wait: contact your care team.

App Store · Google Play

Versions that offer update guidance check the official App Store version lookup or Google Play update availability when you open the app. Tapping Update opens the fixed official store page. No health records are sent, app use is not blocked, and nothing is installed automatically.

Ads and privacy choices for ads

The free version shows ads. They are general ads, not personalized ones.

Where ads appear

Free users may see banners on functional screens. Ads do not interrupt recording, input, payment or consent. A full-screen ad may appear occasionally only at a safe transition after a completed non-medical task. Plus and Pro do not request ads.

If you like, you can watch an ad to use certain Plus or Pro tools for 24 hours or for one export. You see this ad only when you choose it, and there is no payment. What you opened is saved only on this device. After you close the weekly recap, a rewarded full-screen ad that you can skip may appear. These ads also never appear while you record or on safety guidance.

Watch an ad for monthly Plus

Where this offer appears, a signed-in Free account can choose to watch an ad for 7 days of Plus. It starts when the server confirms the reward, once per UTC calendar month. It is not a subscription, has no automatic billing and does not include Pro.

After watching the whole ad, wait for reward verification. Closing early or not earning the reward does not start Plus. You do not need to watch another ad while verification is pending. If it stays pending, contact us through Help.

Check the end time and next eligible date in the app. This benefit ends after 7 days. An existing paid subscription stays unchanged. If the subscription status cannot be checked, wait for verification.

The existing 24-hour ad-free pass is a separate benefit. It does not unlock Plus features, and remaining time stays under its original conditions.

Privacy choices for ads

In Settings > Membership and ads > Privacy choices for ads, you can change your consent for information used for ads at any time. If there's nothing to choose where you are, DoseWeek tells you.

Health records, dose records and weight are never used for ads.

If you see an inappropriate ad, tell us with Report an ad in About ads.

Plus and Pro

Basic records are free. Choose Plus or Pro if you'd like more convenience. See prices on the Membership screen in the app.

Plus benefits · Plus

No ads, end-to-end encrypted sync and automatic server backup, weekly reports, a weight goal and trend, and recorded patterns of how you feel. You can also record doses from Apple Watch.

Customize the app · Plus

Where customization appears in Settings, Plus lets you choose the app’s appearance and colors. Pro includes this too. The default appearance and accessibility settings are free. When access ends, your choice is kept and the default appearance is used. Your saved choice is available again when access is verified.

Pro benefits · Pro

Everything in Plus, plus the AI record assistant, the visit report PDF, supply forecast and refill reminders, 12-month comparisons, spending insights and PDF, meal templates, widget customization and the Today layout. Pro questions to support are answered first.

Manage your subscription and restore purchases

Change or cancel your subscription in Settings > Membership and ads > Manage subscription. Payment is handled by the App Store or Google Play.

On a new device, sign in with the same store account and tap Restore purchases.

App lock and your data

Your records are stored on this device by default. You decide on locking, exporting and deleting.

App lock

Turn on App lock in Settings > Privacy and data, and the app asks for Face ID or your passcode (on Android, fingerprint, face or screen lock) when it opens. It can't be turned on if your phone has no screen lock.

Optional analytics to improve DoseWeek

[Required] Acknowledge the service notice to continue. This acknowledgement alone does not consent to optional usage analytics or overseas data transfer.

Usage analytics and overseas data transfer are both optional and off by default. Analytics starts only after you explicitly consent to both. Declining or withdrawing either consent keeps core features available and preserves your health records. You can withdraw either consent at any time in Settings.

You can withdraw either the usage analytics consent or the overseas data transfer consent independently in Settings. You do not need to delete your health records to withdraw consent.

Withdrawing optional consent or resetting local analytics data does not delete records already sent to Google. A deletion request is separate; making a request does not confirm completed erasure.

Deleting records and your account

Delete all local records in Settings > Privacy and data erases the records on this device. The server backup is kept unless you turn on Also delete server backup.

Deleting your account also deletes your account information and encrypted backups on the server. Deleted records can't be recovered, so export a backup file first.

About medical information

DoseWeek is a personal record-keeping tool. It doesn't give medical advice, diagnosis or treatment.

Decisions about your treatment

Always talk with your doctor or pharmacist about your schedule, dose, missed doses, and taking a break from or restarting treatment. The app's records, charts, notes and community posts are not medical advice.

The estimated amount remaining is a model-based reference value. It isn't your real blood level, so don't change your dose or schedule based on it.

Emergencies

If you think it's an emergency, call 119 in Korea or your local emergency number right away. Don't wait for a reply from app support.
