Terms of Use

The terms for using DoseWeek on iPhone, iPad and Android: the free version and ads, the Plus and Pro subscriptions, billing and cancelling, and the limits of a record-keeping app.

1. The service

These terms apply to the DoseWeek apps for iPhone, iPad and Android and to this help website. DoseWeek is a personal record-keeping tool for injection schedules, administrations and related notes, run by Wonyoung Labs, a sole proprietorship based in the Republic of Korea. By using DoseWeek you agree to these terms. The privacy policy for your platform explains how information is handled.

[Required] Acknowledge the service notice to continue. This acknowledgement alone does not consent to optional usage analytics or overseas data transfer.

Usage analytics and overseas data transfer are both optional and off by default. Analytics starts only after you explicitly consent to both. Declining or withdrawing either consent keeps core features available and preserves your health records. You can withdraw either consent at any time in Settings.

Health records, medicine names and notes are never sent for analytics.

Analytics consent is separate from pricing, AI, backup and sync, advertising choices, and age confirmation.

2. Free and Plus

DoseWeek is a free download, and the free version shows ads to Free users. Plus is an optional auto-renewing subscription, monthly or annual, that removes ads and adds period summaries and comparisons, a visit report editor, Today layout presets and meal templates.

Signing in to a DoseWeek account is optional. On Android, you can sign in with Google or Apple. On iPhone and iPad, you can sign in with Apple or Google. Every basic recording feature works without signing in.

While Plus is active, you can separately consent to turn on sync between your devices. App records are end-to-end encrypted on the device; the server cannot read them. Free users can still manually export and import files and use the in-app backup reminder.

New and prior users keep existing core features Free. If, before the app became free, you bought it or got it on iPhone or iPad with an App Store promo code, you can apply in the app for 3 months of Plus free, once per original acquisition. It starts no charge, does not renew and returns you to Free when it ends. Each account can receive it once. If you already pay for Plus, the 3 months run from approval at the same time and are not saved for later. The free trial applies only when the store confirms first-subscription eligibility, under the displayed conditions. An earlier purchase does not guarantee ad-free use or permanent ad removal.

Plus uses the store price for the monthly or annual plan. Before purchase, check the full local price, applicable taxes and billing period shown in the store. Eligible first-time subscribers receive a 1-calendar-month free trial only when the App Store or Google Play confirms eligibility and the actual offer. Creating a new DoseWeek account does not establish eligibility. After the trial, the selected plan charges the displayed store price for its billing period and renews automatically. Cancel any time in the store; to avoid the next charge, cancel before the store's stated deadline.

3. Billing, renewal and cancellation

Plus is sold and billed by the App Store on iPhone and iPad and by Google Play on Android, using the account you are signed in with. The subscription renews automatically at the end of each period until you cancel it. Cancel in the store's subscription settings, which you can open from Settings in DoseWeek. After you cancel, Plus stays on until the end of the period you paid for. Deleting the app or its data does not cancel a subscription.

Cancelling stops the next automatic charge. Request a refund of an existing charge from the store where you bought it, or contact the operator for help. Store policies do not limit applicable statutory withdrawal, termination or refund rights. In Korea, withdrawal is generally available within 7 days of receiving the contract terms or a later service start. Lawful commencement exceptions may apply to supplied portions; rights for separable unprovided portions remain protected. Separate nonconforming-supply deadlines are 3 months from supply and 30 days from when you learned or could have learned of the nonconformity. For applicable service/digital-content withdrawal, the operator takes the legally required refund actions within 3 business days and follows the statutory procedure.

In Korea, affirmative consent is required within the 30 days preceding a free-to-paid conversion or subscription-price increase. The date, previous and new price, payment method, and cancellation conditions, method and effects are disclosed. Initial blanket consent or silence is insufficient. Without required consent, the trial does not convert to a paid subscription and the increased price is not applied.

If annual Plus is a Korean continuous transaction, renewal notice is provided 50–20 days before expiry, subject to statutory exceptions, with applicable early-termination/refund rights. In California, covered initial annual-term renewals receive notice 15–45 days before renewal, fee changes 7–30 days before the change, and annual reminders.

On iPhone and iPad (App Store)

When the App Store confirms eligibility and the offer, the Plus free trial lasts 1 calendar month and the Pro free trial lasts 7 days under section 6. Without an applicable trial, payment is charged to your Apple Account at purchase confirmation. After the trial, the selected plan charges the displayed store price for its billing period and renews automatically. The subscription renews automatically unless you turn off auto-renewal at least 24 hours before the end of the current period, and your account is charged for the renewal within the 24 hours before the current period ends. Manage or cancel the subscription in your Apple Account's subscription settings. A change between monthly and annual takes effect at your next renewal date. Request refunds from Apple.

Apple's standard Licensed Application End User License Agreement (EULA) also applies to the iOS app.

On Android (Google Play)

When Google Play confirms eligibility and the offer, the Plus free trial lasts 1 calendar month and the Pro free trial lasts 7 days under section 6. Without an applicable trial, payment is charged to the payment method in your Google Play account at purchase confirmation. After the trial, the selected plan charges the displayed store price for its billing period and renews automatically. The subscription renews automatically until you cancel it in Google Play under Payments & subscriptions > Subscriptions; cancel before the renewal date to avoid the next charge. Switching from monthly to annual takes effect immediately, and Google Play credits the unused monthly time toward the annual plan; switching from annual to monthly takes effect at your next renewal date. Refunds follow Google Play's refund policies, and Google Play's terms also apply to your purchase.

4. Optional ad-free pass

In the free version you can choose to watch one rewarded ad and then use DoseWeek without ads for 24 hours. The condition is shown before the ad starts. The pass is granted only when the ad reports that the reward was earned; closing the ad early grants nothing. The pass is optional, is not a purchase, has no cash value and cannot be transferred. Declining it changes no Free feature. You can earn at most two rewards in any rolling 24 hours, and remaining ad-free time never exceeds 48 hours. While a pass is active, another rewarded ad is offered only when 24 hours or less remain. The pass pauses if the device clock is set back more than five minutes from the latest time the app has seen. While the pass is active, automatic ads and Plus subscription offers are hidden.

Where this offer appears, a signed-in Free account can choose to watch an ad for 7 days of Plus. It starts when the server confirms the reward, once per UTC calendar month. It is not a subscription, has no automatic billing and does not include Pro.

After watching the whole ad, wait for reward verification. Closing early or not earning the reward does not start Plus. You do not need to watch another ad while verification is pending. If it stays pending, contact us through Help.

Check the end time and next eligible date in the app. This benefit ends after 7 days. An existing paid subscription stays unchanged. If the subscription status cannot be checked, wait for verification.

The existing 24-hour ad-free pass is a separate benefit. It does not unlock Plus features, and remaining time stays under its original conditions.

5. Medical Disclaimer

DoseWeek is a personal record-keeping tool and does not provide medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment. Always consult your doctor or pharmacist for any decisions about your treatment, including schedules and doses. The mg amount remaining is a model-based estimate for reference only. It is not a measured blood concentration and does not predict treatment response, medicine effects, side effects or whether an injection is safe. It is not medical advice. Do not use it to change your dose or injection schedule; discuss treatment decisions with your doctor or pharmacist.

This app is not a medical device. It cannot determine whether you have a condition, and it is not intended to diagnose, treat, or prevent disease.

If you think you may have a medical emergency, contact your local emergency service immediately. Do not wait for an email response from app support.

6. AI record assistant (Pro)

Pro is an optional subscription that adds the AI record assistant and Priority support replies to everything in Plus. It renews automatically each month or year, and the payment, renewal, cancellation and refund rules in section 3 apply to it exactly as they do to Plus. A 7-day free trial is offered only when the store confirms that you are eligible. It may not be offered if you have already used a Plus free trial.

You can use the AI record assistant after you sign in and give a separate consent, and only if you are 18 or older. It creates weekly summaries, general meal ideas and app-help answers from the records you confirm for sending. If you do not consent, the other Pro features keep working.

The AI record assistant is not a medical device and gives no medical advice such as diagnosis, treatment or dosing instructions. Content made by AI can be wrong or incomplete. Talk to your clinician before making decisions about your health.

In an emergency, do not wait for an answer from the AI record assistant. Contact your local emergency number at once: 119 in Korea and Japan, 911 in the United States.

You can make 150 requests a month. During a free trial you can make up to 20. One weekly summary per week does not count toward this limit, and creating it again counts as 1 request. The count refills on the 1st of each month in Coordinated Universal Time (UTC). If we ever need to lower the limit, we will tell you 30 days before it applies, and it will not apply to your disadvantage during a period you have already paid for.

Do not enter another person’s health information, and do not try to get around the safety messages to obtain medical advice.

The AI features may be unavailable at times. Your statutory rights to withdraw from the contract and to a refund remain fully protected in that case too.

Priority support replies means that when a Pro subscriber emails support with a question about using the app, we send a first reply within 1 business day. Business days are weekdays in the Republic of Korea, excluding public holidays. We do not answer medical questions, so please do not include health records in your message.

7. Your records

Your records are yours. You can export or delete them in the app at any time. Keep your backup files and recovery codes safe yourself: if you lose a recovery code, not even we can restore your backup or sync copy. The Privacy Policy explains how we handle personal information.

To participate where the community is available, you must be 18 or older and separately agree to the rules and to personal and sensitive information processing. Only app cards you choose are shared. Rule violations may lead to removal or restrictions. Reports, blocking and contact are available through community settings in the app. Leave the community to stop participating.

Share images go only where you choose. Once sent, the receiving service's rules apply, and DoseWeek cannot take them back. Do not share images that infringe other people's information or rights.

8. Changes to these terms

If these terms change, the updated terms are published on this page with a new effective date. Price changes follow the store rules described in section 3. If you do not agree with a change, you can stop using DoseWeek and cancel Plus in the store at any time.
