Your records, one clear place.

Keep your injection schedule, past records, body changes, daily check-ins and water in one place. Your full weight history and the estimate curve that includes past doses are free.

What's new

  • Together now has its own tab

Open the Together community right from the tab bar. You can add photos to posts, and they appear after a check. Report or block posts and people that bother you.

  • New tabs, easier to scan

The tab bar is now Today, Body, History, Together and Settings. Each tab opens with an overview in short sections; tap a row for the details. Settings are grouped by topic, so things are easier to find.

  • Log water with one tap

Tap once to log a drink and see your day at a glance. You set your own goal, and records stay until you delete them.

  • A quick daily check-in

Note hunger, food noise and energy in a few seconds, then see them by day after your dose. You can add check-ins from a chosen period to your Visit Prep PDF.

  • Look back with Your week

Doses, check-ins, water and protein are gathered week by week. Weight is hidden by default.

  • Progress photos, kept on this device

Add photos and compare two side by side. They stay on this device only and are not backed up.

  • Wins beyond the scale

Note changes the scale doesn't show, like more energy, better sleep or how your clothes fit.

  • Your next dose on Apple Watch

See your next injection and your last dose in the watch app and on your watch face. Recording from the watch is covered in the comparison below.

  • Reading and quizzes

Read short pieces about treatment and record keeping, and try the daily quiz. Open it from Help and contact in Settings.

  • Log other injections you enter yourself

Injections that are not on the list, such as insulin, can be logged with the name and units you type. Plan several times a day or as needed, with reminders. DoseWeek never calculates or estimates a dose and gives no medical advice.

  • Pen opened date and use-by reminder

For a multi-dose pen, note the day you opened it and the in-use period from the product label, and DoseWeek reminds you on its last day or a few days before. You enter the period yourself; the app never judges whether a pen is still usable.

  • A 5-day record badge and a weekly record goal

Earn a badge once you have recorded on 5 days; they don’t have to be in a row, and your current run of record days is shown too. Choose how many days a week you want to record and see this week’s record days. The goal counts record days, never weight.

  • Warm motivation notifications, on from the start

Gentle, encouraging motivation notifications are on without an extra step. Lines that fit your records are picked on your device. Your phone still asks you to allow notifications, and you can turn them off in Settings at any time.

  • A weekly note written by AI

With separate consent, AI writes one short note of encouragement once a week that fits how your logging is going. It is written by AI, not a person, and it is not medical advice. Agreeing is optional, and your record features keep working if you don't.

  • The Today’s log widget

See today’s check-in and water at a glance on your Home Screen.
